You will need:

2 slices of vegan bread. I used a vegan rye bread. (Watch out for honey!)

2 to 3 slices of tomato

A few basil leaves
4.
Vegan Cheese. I used Teese Brand cheddar and
some Daiya Brand cheddar
5.
Vegan butter. I used soy-free Earth Balance
Directions:
Really? It’s a
grilled cheese sandwich. Butter the
outside of the bread, pile on the toppings and cook it up, on each side, until the cheese is
melted.
